It’s a cute slice-of-life-like take on Isekai. Probably not what the genre’s fans would normally enjoy but it’s not terrible.
Pacing is good, storyline makes sense, author writes about what they know so there aren’t any embarrassing realism gaps, some minor fan service.
My only guess is...
Writing is lazy. Author dialed the shock factor up to 11 at the expense of everything else.
Some readers might enjoy a pair of high heels on their balls. But let’s not pretend there’s any depth here. If you were a fan of The Human Centipede or Saw this will probably be your cup of tea.
So far it’s moving fast and getting nowhere. Hopefully the exposition lightens up now that the ground work should be laid.
Everything you’d expect from a generic OP MC Isekai

I don’t like being negative of things I can’t do better myself. But this would really benefit from editing or review.
Edit: I feel no negativity over my initial guilt after reading OP’s comment proudly stating they have...
Certified fresh.
The story keeps opening more unique threads & questions. Tropes are used to move the story at a brisk pace but not relied on for the main parts of the story.
Can’t wait for the next chapters.
