@gomichandesu exactly. Now I don't know who is getting more dumb in the series. Kazuha for getting the obvious, Ran for not knowing about the voice changer by now or Conan, who needs to be reminded about anagrams.
There are some inherent problem with such cases where the suspects are introduced after the crime is committed. Those cases are enjoyable where the readers get to know the suspects at the start of the chapter and then the crime takes place.
And also it is not like Gosho is rehashing the same...
About this main story thing, let Gosho take his time. I'm sure he knows what he is doing. Afterall he is getting old. And with age comes wisdom, as the saying goes.
I am wondering though, Gosho could have made the Police man survive instead of declaring dead. Saying he is critical would have done. Somehow that makes the situation look less grim/ look hopeful. Also, that would make murders much less common, atleast around Conan. Or maybe I am thinking too...
@Akera93 try to think about it this way. If Conan asks Yusaku about what he meant by 'tea party' then I am sure Yusaku would tell him. But Conan doesn't ask and instead thinks on his own. Whereas Yusaku has no reason to take the initiative and talk to Conan about it because he was not involved...
