@DarkFlame They are just accessories. There are several scenes in past chapters where she takes them off, like in the bath in chapter 21 for example.

@ClarapVanJava How many mangas do you know of where the mc ends up with someone other than the main heroine? This manga will most likely have a harem ending without any clear "winner".
