@Max1996 You don’t need a key to lock the door. You just need to flip/flick/press the lock. Otherwise locking the 3 passenger doors would be a hassle. Well I guess there’s usually the central one for that. But still, normally every passenger can lock their own door too and they don’t need a key...

@AxelFaiz Open the door, lock the door, get out, then close the door while being outside, the door will remain locked and now you're outside and free to go. Isn't that how you normally lock a car door anyway or do I have some fundamental misunderstanding of how car doors work?
