She's probably already set to become his companion even if she doesn't deserve it. It's annoying how he was to prove himself like this already and how she just jumped to that conclusion immediately without clarification.

Again the protagonist is useless here.... All he did was stand there and get hit by things. Also suddenly they forgive the "tyrant hero"? Really, after all the starving and killing the villagers the groups just going to let it be bygones and become friends
