@nazrulstylo The voice of the world or announcement by the world cannot be heard by just anyone. Only someone who gains a new skill or someone who is evolving and his/her direct genealogy (being named by him/her) can hear the said announcement.

@GreyZone No, Kabal’s group cannot hear the voice of the world. Only the ones who are in direct geneology (being named by Rimuru) can hear it because of Rimuru’s evolution. That is a strict rule by the law of their world.
