Yeah disgusting statements on both extremes of this issue.
Too many comments being nasty about Kaori being a single mother. Life happens. We don't know why she's a single mother: could be bad decisions, could be a tragic event, could be anything. Wait and see.
Too many comments being nasty...
I prefer chapters like this that diverge from the "original" storyline.
There are still times when I'm worried this spin-off seems to be adhering too closely to the main timeline. I'm glad to see different characters (the sword teacher and Sienna, and now Noelle) pick up plot and screen time...
I find it a little odd that the super scary competent ojou-sama heard "silver" and thought it was French (silver is argent in french). Someone being groomed as a prominent future business person would know English at a basic level.
I would accept if she thought it was German (silber) by...

I think they can get around licensing by just using covers of the songs. Getting a cover license (in America at least) is really easy and the artist/estate cannot refuse according to this article: https://flypaper.soundfly.com/hustle/how-to-legally-cover-a-song/
No idea how cover...
I know the story goes on, but this would have been one heck of decent place to end (sort of an open-ended, "and the journey continues"-type end).
I do feel for Subaru-sensei, a bit, but she pretty much already succeeded. Even if it's the "end" for her, she's going on near the top of the game...
Huh. I thought their light hair was just a manga stylistic thing, but it looks like they actually have grey hair with young bodies. In other words, their hair color didn't return to what it was when they were younger.
Also, for actual story discussion: I'm not SURE but I do feel the school's reaction is plausible. Generally the popular teachers and "groups" (from an American context this is usually linked to the athletic programs, typically football) are favored by the student masses, and crossing them is a...
I say this every 3 chapters or so, but I need to say it again:
The "school" plotline of this manga is compelling, dramatic, and is way more than enough to carry this manga in terms of conflict, emotional stakes, and character development. This plotline alone would make this manga definitely one...
I kind of feel like this is going to end up with the Ninomiya family still "falling," but Sayuri did enough to prepare herself and her family (and to avert the hardest parts of the fall) that they are able to go on with a relatively happy life. Like maybe the grandpa retires with inner peace...
The sister got a bit of a redesign. Her b eyes are more "tareme" (rounder and softer, but look it up for a better explanation) they were before, and her chest seems to be significantly bigger. Compare her to chapter 13, or even chapter 51.

Sealed metal cartridges (pretty much the modern bullet) were invented and available during the time of the Wild West Era. They became more common by the late part of the era, but it's very possible that a successful bounty hunter like Oakley could afford cutting edge technology.

Earlier in the manga Minai looked like she might be part of the romance plot, but she quickly became Ninomaes support.
The importance of the chocolate incident was that Suzuki assumed it might be from Ninomae.
