"Irumeanie" is a great name for Irumi's wicked phase.
But also I can't wait for this to be animated now, but also what this is going to mean for Iruma's world once everyone has seen Cool Irumi.
Though I suspect it will amount to nothing again, but it's hard to tell what sticks around or not...
I knew Wicked Iruma would return, but... Not here. Now I'm even more invested in this arc.
But what does this mean for the demons? Because as Lied said, in one of the Author notes, Iruma's wicked phase will make him way too popular.
So Irumi's wicked phase is going to turn this whole demon...
I'm sad. But not in the way I expected to be. I thought this would be it and the bandage would be ripped off. But we're here again; in the endless void of "What ifs?" It's a depressing feeling; to be forced to endure this charade again. Yet, at the same time, there's a tiny flicker of hope that...
It'll be great to see the end of this arc where Irumi(a) has to deal with a sudden spike in fans that don't recognize him.
But also once he's Demon King, I wonder if he'll still be able to pull off the Irumi play? Really though, I want to see Wicked Iruma pull off Irumi.
She'd be an instant hit.
A neat concept pushed to a poor execution. I can only hope this inspires a better story down the line, but it's still a shame to see this get canceled and rushed to such a weird ending. Oh well.
The humanoid Ants do indeed give me flashbacks to Hunter x Hunter's Chimera Ants...
I know ants are scary, but man, it's still weird to see how they'd be if they were human sized.
I'm glad others don't secretly hate Tadano or something. "He's a good guy" is still putting it mildly, but... it's nice. The best part is that Tadano wouldn't get a big head if he heard that either; he'd just laugh it off and go "Oh! Thanks!" while rubbing the back of his head or something...
I knew he'd be bad at painting, but let this also be a lesson to you all. It doesn't matter how you feel about your work when it comes to art; what matters is that you try your best and slowly get better. But even then, what you consider the worst thing you ever made may still mean the world to...
This story loves throwing curve balls at all the classic clichés. Like you'd expect the classic story of: ex-partners out for blood at the Idol competition because they want to one up each other. But once again Iruma's story says: "Oh, no. Nothing like that." Now it's just about one greedy girl...
Kill everyone, so everyone can be saved.
Yeah, definitely don't see anything wrong with /that./
This is the real message this story is trying to send, I think. Don't fear elves, or isekais, or orcs, or even God.
Fear High Schoolers. They're the real threats.
It's nice that the "Friend" thing got cleared up, but "Souls Mates" is... still pretty up there. I think it's meant to be "Best Friends", but... I dunno. The "It's only between two people!" that Azz made up is accurate for Soul Mates, but already contradicted with the imagery of him and Clara...
