Everybody's thinking like Nozomi can't be possessed by a spirit because Nae's also small, but Nae can talk to animals, who's to say she's a normal person in the same situation as Nozomi and not a spirit herself?
I can't see this getting too dark, so I doubt small Nozomi is a clone of real...
@Skepticium
@drig2
Not only that, didn't she have a fucking magical truth serum she used in Chapter 6 on a human guard?
If you have a magical truth serum then why the fuck would you resort to torture where pain is magically increased for interrogation if you weren't a psychopath?
The tomboy was entirely in the wrong in pages 26-29.
The old guy obviously isn't having a good time in life based just on the look in his eyes alone. It was an accident, and you don't get someone to apologize by screaming at and demeaning them. She acted entirely antagonistic over a mistake and...
@Onsokumaru Not only that, but the monologue was ridiculously one-dimensional.
"We're going to broaden our anti-American network... continue to make the masses panic... and focus all the world's blame on America!" ... who would even say that?
It's like a Dick Cheney took over and wrote the manga...
@thatrandomblackdude Hoping that since she got hit in the side, arm and neck, she can live somehow, at least to have closure with Dylan after he beats this guy.
Aiza got hit in the head so of course she's dead, but a neck shot isn't instantly fatal.
This wasn't an unnatural tonal shift honestly. They had been building up the adventurer killer for several chapters now, Aiza killed several people at the bar, and from the start there were obvious hints about corruption in the system and monsters killed in brutal ways.
I'm not too sad the Aiza...
So happy to see an update for this!
@theo1996
Luckily I re-read this all half a year ago, so I've got a fair idea of what's going on.
@Lardagus
Thank you for all you do, and I look forward to the completion of this arc!
I'd help if I knew Japanese or page cleaning, but I am useful in neither.
