I just setup a VPS instance at sdbx.moe, and went to request an MD@Home client. It's giving me an error: Failed: Your IP has already been used. I assume the IP I was assigned had previously been assigned to someone else. What's the quickest way to get this resolved?

Maybe you could approach this from a different angle: open source the Mangadex site source code, and setup a Patreon or Ko-fi to support developing that, and then just happen to use some of those funds to support the servers. Probably a bit too blatant, but maybe worth thinking about. Also...
