Excellent manhwa; wuxia setting that avoids many of the common tropes plaguing almost every other wuxia story. Wonderful art as well, and imho the quality has improved over time. Characters act and react rather believably, in much less braindead fashion especially compared to most wuxia stories...

started out interesting but got stale quick. dropped it when mc reunited w/ his deadbeat "dad" and felt like author was depicting a "both sides" thing when mc would have been justified in straight up curbstomping that pos until he turns into a vegetable.

ruthless mc curbstomps fuckwits after ~90 chaps of being taunted, and from that point on murderizes any and all shit-for-brains dumb enough to piss him off. what's not to like? wish the chapters were longer tho, i need more curbstomping.

lol the story is repetitive, but it is honestly refreshing to have an mc who isn't afraid to kill and is not a dense whiny beta who thinks the world is butterflies and sunshine and that people fart rainbows. there aren't enough decisive and ruthless mcs out there.
