TL;DR いいってば！！ doesn't say "Alright" or "Okay". This only true for いい part. Your so-not-google-translate ignoring the later part just like google, literally. いいってば！！ says "It's okay" I said because of て. Far from your "Literally has the same context". It's not even close in that situation...

@OtokoNoKozou That is because this group is using google translate. The other scanlator of this series just have up to ch 4. And from the look of it, it is going to be a slow release to read a better translation. You can wait that group to update new chapters. I rather wait than reading this...
