Thanks for the update!
But, uh, seriously. Don't fry yourself. I have experience with plowing forwards on projects through strength of momentum alone without caring about how much of myself I grind down to do it and it doesn't end well. It takes a while to put yourself back together and...
I remember reading the skin color change in the WN translation and feeling like they really didn't do enough with it to justify putting it in. They used it to point out the shallowness of the nobles, but they never pushed back on the idea that the skin lightening was somehow her being 'fixed'...
Awww, they left out my favorite part of this scene.
In the WN, there's a mage among the stronger hired bodyguards here who just sees Rei's magic power when he walks in and runs into a corner sobbing in fear of having him as an enemy. Just one glance and she's out.
On the one hand, I'd expect Jeanne saying (what I assume is) danna-sama to be translated as "my master".

@Rugid Having read a bunch of the posts on their forums where people discuss translation issues and the translator responds, I really don't think there's a lot of errors. There are ambiguous or tricky passages with more than one proper translation and they may not always pick your favorite. I'm...

"Haha what??"
"Like, of course that didn't work."
"Lol."

Example from today (in NA, image server set to automatic):

First: OH NO
Second: @CookieMuncher you forgot to change the text under the Oh no Oh no Oh no Okinawa Rail card. It's still showing Kan Kan Kan Munchiikan from where you copied it. I can't even guess what the Japanese was supposed to be, you do excellent work figuring out how to translate these...
It's confusingly worded here, but unless they're changing a lot from the LN they're saying it was the old general Belhalles who died here during the main assault and not his son Joshua (The Hawk) who led the strike team.
As for how this fits the story:
