The manga is taking a break for this week Comic Spirits. Another thing, I done some digging. This manga will release 3 chapters in 4 issues of Comic Spirits. If there's a double issue, then it will take longer to have a new chapter.

@IAzura That's because moto-Takagi-san is a weekly manga, which have around 48 chapters release per year. While the main Takagi-san is a monthly manga, which now have minimum of 18 chapters release per year. Fun fact, the main Takagi-san only have 32 chapters during the first 3 years of running...

@Ropoloid It's the wrong translation. It is "whoever get to the next classroom wins", since using "going to art room first" doesn't make sense because Takagi-san win the game by reaching the next classroom first by going to A/V room.
