@MelReinH I agree with you.
I'd add that I was disappointed by Kuromu too. The arc revolve around her but she stay static too. Sure we know why she reaffirm why she fight to become an idol but that all... Nothing really new.
This arc was pretty much a filler in that there is very little growth...
I loved this chapter, so much info on how magic works and people use it. Frieren and Fern just use the basic but seeing talented mages using advanced magic is quite interesting!
@Utter_disgrace : more like he rebelled to free his kind, and if he had to keep one girl alive he you'd choose FL. He isn't the most extravert person and it's right after a rebellion so he must have a ton of works to do and kept reporting/had no time to visit FL to give her information.
That and...
@ItchyLongThing : to save the world.
Because the goddess said that they must die.
@Grothnor : I hope the hero is a female, become part of his harem and he end up killing her in his bed :d
I am really pleased that FL doesn't hit MC by "misunderstanding" the situation and thinking it's the guy's fault.
Fuck this trope and props to the author.
@shionlee @GrimThoughts It's thanks to the butterflies. She has two types of them. The first one, the hiddens, can pass walls, become invisible and if I remember well they showed an illusion to the fire-haired girl. The second can eat anything.
