It's the same chapter 3 times and mangadex doesn't give you any kind of feedback after uploading. He most likely just doesn't know a mod needs to approve first time uploaders nowadays.

It's really fun to watch them circle around each other, I wonder where it's going to go. Both seem to be pretty straight forward.
