Yeah, I had that same thought, but in both statement ("id kill every damn human" and "the human race would get extinct") although the "meaning" is the same (that he would wipe human race), it's the way of saying it that rubs the wrong way. I know Yoh is carefree and all, but saying it so lightly...

@Alexanpt but remember in a previous chapter it was told that a psy Hikaru did disappear once and there were no calamities that year. So was that an “abnormal” Hikaru too? did he experienced love too? Someone needs to contact the author and ask him wtf he was writing UnU

There are some traductions that are just so wrong. For example when Yoh says “I’m sure I’d kill every damn human”, he actually says something in the lines of “im sure the human race would get extinct”. Obviously the second is more Yoh’s nature, so carefree that he may f up things for humans...
