@Astra_Starwalker I gotta applaud your research and information. It's spot on. Now, that being said, he fired shot at the wolves in chap 2 - Crimp on the empty case gives it away. Sadly, with ammo prices being the way they are, he's got no better luck than us!

Good to see more of this artist. He's got his own series, but it's not as interesting as the stuff he gets hired to do. Sometimes "seen and not heard" is the way to go, and I sure as hell love seein' it!

@BlackIronBlood Interesting note: any small arm with a rifled barrel is technically a "rifle", even a muzzleloader. There are rifled shotgun barrels for use with sabot slugs. Can't see the rifling in the muzzle shot? It's hard to see without light, and it doesn't always extend to the crown...
