Yamada's generally annoying, but he's good in this arc. He really gets Mizuki to push past his fear of the feminine, even if just a moment

4th reread or so, and this is where things go off the rails a bit. I love it, obviously, but this is so much better when it sticks to the core conflicts. Yamada is annoying for a long whole before he becomes kinda okay
