@plipplop Hormones dont change orientation. The British government used to forcibly use hormones on gay men back in the mid-20th century to try and "cure" them and it doesn't work.
Mizuki's change of heart came with a change of gender, which... Does happen sometimes (but not all the time)...
@plipplop Mizuki seems between genders as this point. He's clearly enjoying parts of being a woman, but isn't sure he feels comfortable with that yet.

@plipplop The dad is fucking awful, and incest dads are not unheard of in gender-benders either. What would have made thos less generic is to actually flesh out family reactions. The author really seems to get transition better than most. This could have been a good dramatic arc.

4th reread or so, and this is where things go off the rails a bit. I love it, obviously, but this is so much better when it sticks to the core conflicts. Yamada is annoying for a long whole before he becomes kinda okay
