in reality, the entire premise of this mange is basically sexual tension + some slice of life. if the MC actually rounds the bases, youre losing ~half of the whole backbone of what the series is.

once again, this is an opinion.
you view the art as just slightly different , and correspondingly have no issue.
others view the art as significantly worse , and correspondingly they are voicing strong displeasure.
neither of these viewpoints are wrong.

huh, i just re-read season 1 like a day and a half ago, and yesterday started reading the mtl of the novel just passed where s1 left off. interesting timing.
art change is a bit ... meh for me. the old art wasnt technically amazing or anything, but i really liked the character it embodied...

yeah i also was happy to see that. i feel like most manga will have the characters just completely ignore certain possibilities for no reason, good to see that didnt happen here.
