The fact that the osananajimi is actually concerned about her being taken away is one of the most unexpected twists from these types of characters lol.
Feels weird, the system forces you to simp for the ML with the main motivation being that they’re eye candy. Now I just feel bad for the MC, it’s like working customer service but the only customer is a extreme Karen and threats of death from your boss.
I think how I see it is that she’s way too willing to share it with others. Even if Laura is a child that needs protection, there is no need to just specifically, and confidently say that the MC is leaving in “x” years to her best friend. She should consider that Laura might have been deciding...
Hailey should realize that if he doesn’t care about her opinion, he probably doesn’t care much about her. I hope Maise just leaves at this point, it’s not even productive to talk with Hailey.
Although this seems out of place for this chapter, those wolves reminded me, I really want her to get a dog for her cafe. Some dogs can be really calming, it’s so perfect for this setting. I don’t think the ML would mind as well.

@icekatze I agree also, it seems like it’s really undermining the heroines accomplishments and I just feel bad since it makes her look helpless against Lockmann’s efforts. It would be really interesting what Lockmann’s reaction would be when a rival shows up. A rival who isn’t the perfect man...
