cleared cache, ran ccleaner, restarted computer, reset password through website, and then through the email method. cant login, keep getting the error in the title

had to make this account, my account name says it all. i cleared cache. ran ccleaner, restarted my computer, changed password though website then again through the email. still cant login failed to verify logincode
