@Diegothon: The magazine it is serialized in is a biweekly publication; it's just that Umino hasn't always come out with a chapter every issue. So either she's stepping up her output a little, or we're maybe catching up again.

It's because the ones being linked here now are official translations by the US publisher on their own website.

@serpentilewitch : IIRC, at some point, the scanlation team currently doing this series decided on translating whatever chapter they want regardless of the order since most of them were stand-alone anyway.

@thathuffbear: There have been shorter-than-usual chapters before, yes. I believe the record low was about 4 pages a long while back for one the chapters in the bullying arc.

@lenovoaxioo: Considering that the next chapter is the last, it's pretty safe to assume that the manga adaptation got axed.

@Masterofhamsters: Yup. The author also did a spin-off/what-if novel where he does end up with Sakurai, but apparently that just does its own scenario separate from the later events of the novels rather than branch off of them to function as an alternate ending.

@fynaria: Looking at the few translations that are up on Baka Tsuki, it looks like it just went and did it's own thing to wrap things up after Hasegawa's rejection. Which is a shame, because I wanted them to at least get to the part where he and pretend the series ends there. LOL
