You have to also consider the possibility that the author doesn't know greek, and that we might be looking at dictionary lookups/google translate for korean-to-greek or something like that.
I'm not sure I agree with "ハ? ハ?" being "aroused panting" on page 7 as opposed to just "panting", unless I completely missed some incestuous undertones in earlier chapters
