Why are half the sfx in Spanish?

As someone who used to be a competitive rifle shooter, those last two panels are one of the most painful things I've ever read in a manga.

A note to the translator: you keep saying "Frontier count", which sounds like a literal translation, but I think the proper English term for this is "Marquis" or "Marquess", which is a nobleman in charge of the land on the frontier of a country (a "marche", in French).

I appreciate the pacing of the chapters that focus on the side characters. They show up just often enough to be a nice treat, without spoiling the flow of the main story.

Endless Eight was bad enough the first time around, this is bad AND unoriginal.

Did the author stop changing the animal puns for English and re-drawing the new animal like he did with the first couple chapters, or are these just being pulled from the first raws available, which happen to be the JP ones, and so they all use Japanese puns that don't survive translation? And...

I know Wakabayashi redraws the animal puns for English, but "tardy triceratops" for "slow and stupid" HAS to have been a better pun than whatever the original Japanese one was.

You know, she's supposed to be dog-ish, but Haru has some REAL corvid tendencies. The way she teases Chiyo is very reminiscent of corvid tail-pulling. "Sure I'm a crow, watch me yank on this lion's tail, it'll be funny, just watch."

Is it just me or has the speech bubble font been getting smaller and smaller lately? It's getting hard to read without zooming in.
