    As a concept, BzzBzz, I'm not sure that makes much sense. An rss-reader is essentially a bot. The DDOS protections are specifically designed to block bots. Even if they could get around the protections sometimes, they couldn't get around them consistently. They could turn off the protections...

    If I go to an RSS feed URL directly (like this: https://mangadex.org/rss/PK5XNUQsy3Yq89fR4k7npcAtz2dmevSC/manga_id/20548), I can see that the XML is just fine and fully updated. However, using QuiteRSS results in a connection error, and Feedly and Feedbucket both claim there is nothing at that...
