I've said before that the club members hardly compete against each other for Daisuke, but this Nonoka-Suzu rivalry is great. Oh and the typical science-vs-supernaturals rivalry too, I guess.
Any chapter with Nonoka as the focus is a blessing.
Since Kaname got a panel in this Valentine chapter I was expecting Ran to get in on this too, but nah, the obligatory trap for you Daisuke. Guess by this point we can officially add Iino to the previous seven as the "true" harem, while Kaname, Ran, and Masashi the trap as shadow members. Still...
These (likely one-note) characters have no right looking so good. Not just the girls. Even the dude has a chill vibe that would go well with Daisuke.
I feel like if Fushiken weren't episodic in nature, they would be a legitimately fun "rival" club.
I don't think they should be worried about age considering they live in a timeloop universe where you can have the same annual festivals across different chapters...
"It'll shatter the image he has of me"
Pretty sure we're wayyy past the shattering stage. Damage's been done the moment your first "INDECENT!" reached his ears. Just embrace it Reiko.
Out of all developments, "Chiaki becoming friends with Iino and sharing the worry of not being feminine enough to attract Daisuke" is certainly something I never expected.
I always thought Reiko is the closest Chiaki had to an official love rival for Daisuke, because it was never too blatant...
Oh it's a one-chapter deal? I thought it'd have multiple chapters like Vs. SpaceGodzilla.
I frankly do not like this shoujo-ish/ archaic art style on the humans. Miki looks much better in live-action.
Hell, they skipped Destoroyah killing Junior and made the little guy pass out from fighting...
I reallllyyyy want to attribute Nozaki's popularity (despite pulling stuff like this) to Ken's no-nonsense approach, but as we can see in the company meeting chapter, a lot of the editors there are... not right in the head. Maeno just shines the most because he worked with Nozaki and currently...
