Hi. I'm having trouble with mangadex. I have 30mbps fibr connection, but mangadex only use up 20mbps, and the pages are only partially loading (1/3 - 1/2 of the page only loading). I've tried to tracert. Here's the result, I've redacted my ISP's route/IPs. C:\Windows\system32>tracert...
