It's not in English. Dear Author, I wanna read it so bad. My friend had this comic in English version while I'm stuck here with different language. Need help T_T.

Why is this in different language? My friend said this was an awesome manga and he said it's in English but not in my case. I'm new to the site. Is there any setting for it?? I want to read it so bad but I don't understand the language T_T
