Don't they sell Roomba mods to make your Roomba look like a turtle or other stuff? They could totally make a Kokoro mod. Maybe there's something 3D-printable that's a cat, plus the right colouring, you've got Kokoro.

I thought he would do something clever, like breaking the guy's wand or hitting the statue, because he may not get hurt, but he can still be overpowered, so he can't stop Mash from taking away his wand or attacking the statue. But no, he went the Mash route of just punching on until it works...

@therealmarujo I really don't think it is. The tone of the scene is way too upbeat. In fact, I read that it's also a pun that can mean "I'd rather be with death", which refers to Brook, which is why he looks all delighted in the next panel. So the scene seems more comedic than foreboding.

@noonehere_shoe nice find. It's much heavier (and creepier) than creepy cat, reminds me of Fran Bow a bit.

Just a thought about the ritual: If Flora is needed for the ritual, why all the sneaking around and counting on her showing up to the place by herself?
