sloppy writing from the author here, honestly, after seeing this guy kill 4 gods with one refined god as backup, he now has 5 refined gods and she still betrays him? Author just wanted a convenient excuse to get rid of this character i guess...

The translation is kinda iffy on page five. "So uprightly" and "month of continence" do not sound quite right...

it makes sense that this guy comes back, the confrontation from before was mild and over too quickly, the team gets trashed and MC breaks out of his spell of her own willpower. all in one chapter. with a climax of the arc only being two chapters. While i detest the guy, i hope this confrontation...
