I'm not sure why people are assuming that she is "The Villain" this doesn't seem to be a hero vs villain dynamic. the MC is looking a bit problematic himself.

Everyone is talking about necrophilia, but why is no one concerned with the fact that this kid is CARRYING HIS SWORDS UPSIDEDOWN. He is supposed to be someone who cares about his swords, he is literally causing them to go dull by carrying his Katanas edge down on his belt.
