I've always liked how ONE lets "jobber" characters have actually meaningful conversations and decisions.
And he does it consistently/organically too, as opposed to some stories that will have a side character do one or two meaningful things in the entire series when the author remembers they...

It's kinda sad it's ending but I'm still really impressed it's not dragging things out the same way so many other manga with similar premises do
The idea of Tanaka wanting to be able to show his own cool inventions to Ueno was really cute.
A bit disappointed that wasn't real, but the image of him really proudly holding up two of those mechanical pencils actually made me laugh out loud so I'm still satisfied.

I also think they don't know that she lives in that particular room, they just know that she lives in that apartment complex. Or if they do know what room she's in I don't recall them mentioning it

Nah, hes been talking to that guy's mom for a few chapters IIRC. Plus he talks about India to the other like he's already been there before.
I'm happy that we're getting new chapters now but sad that we're so close to the end.
For me this is up there with Professor's Homunculus for great slice of life gag manga that felt cut short.

I still think it's pretty likely he just ends up with both sisters (if not more). Also even if the high school girl is smart/mature that doesn't make it any less pedo - ethically speaking - than the other underage options.
