No it's lover. Rubber was the MTL translation when the entry was made. It's undoubtedly 'lover', where the title was written in romaji in Volume 2.

I'm not sure why there's a cross-dressing tag. I'm currently halfway through volume 2, and nothing resembling cross-dressing has appeared so far. Edit: Finished volume 2, no cross-dressing so far. Just your typical shounen (harem?) stuff.
