This is my favorite genre of isekai, the 'self aware, but not too self aware that it becomes parody', the protagonist has one foot in the isekai and one foot in reality.

I tapped out at chapter 4, I haven't developed a tolerance for psychological themes in the media I consume. Maybe I need to be in a better headspace to enjoy it. From what I've read so far, I'd say its pretty good. Edit: hoo boy, it gets better!

The official translation for the entirety of vol 8 has been out for 2 weeks, if anyone is interested.

Every time I finish reading a new chapter I think to myself "I should give this a 10 rating", I head to the main page and find that I had already given it a 10 rating. Every single time.

@MrMedoMan They haven't posted the date for the vol 9 on their website, like they had done so far for the preceding vols. The raws are past vol 10. This making me feel antsy.
