Probably an unpopular opinion but I think that if nothing happened this time around, I would actually be a bit glad. They both seem a bit too hung up on the topic of "should we do it or not do it" at this point in time. It's nice to see them think about it this seriously and this really is good...
@Bayaya After a quick google search it seems that if the injury occurs on the very fingertip that it is quite possible for it to fully regrow, especially in children. And as we've seen in the manga, while her mother chopped her actual finger, she chopped only the tip of Maomao's finger.

I actually have to agree with the Masked man, I also dislike Ephie.
Especially in her relationship with mister Bibi she is kinda... manipulative? As of right now it is hard for me to call Ephie a "good person", which is not a bad thing story telling wise, it makes things that much more...
Sooooo, could she arrange a marriage with Jeremy? Because wouldn't he gain the title of the head of the family that way? Or is that not how it works?
Though I suppose you would have to gain the approval of the church to do that which may prove difficult by itself...
Considering the fact Kusuriya no Hitorigoto placed in the #19 place in the Anime-Japan pole for what manga should be adapted into anime next, there is a pretty high chance we will see it adapted in the near future.
I am sorry I am no expert at killing people but like..... if you really wanted her dead why not use a shard to slice her throat or bring a knife for gods sake. Why would you choose to burn her, inside a mansion nonetheless. Like, wouldn't people be able to smell the smoke?
Also burning alive...
Poor Mr. Butler, he seems lonely :(
I don't think he just wanted to ramble, I would say since he knows the lord has a soft spot for her as well as taking liking to her himself, he just wanted to have someone remember him and his story even after he inevitably leaves the lord...
Now I am hopping we get Tooru acting the role of her dad and her aunt the role of her mom. That would be so sweet to see.
Also who is with me aboard the Tooru/Aunt ship?
@Darklight99 while I agree with the fact that Maomao could be a little softer with her attitude, it's not like she is just being like that with no reason whatsoever. By the end of the day, no matter how nice Jinshi is to Maomao, he is of a noble bloodline. And as such, for a person who...
Maybe it's due to the point @primrosea said of me not being a native english speaker, but honestly getting so worked up over a simple word seems redundant. I am pretty sure it is not a common word used in the japanese language and in the context of anime/manga it is used as a character trait for...
