I wasn't expecting a fight like this. It's packed with emotion, and not "I have to save the world" emotion, but a mutual respect. The outcome is set in stone, but the FIGHT matters because of the characters. Good stuff.
Honestly, this chapter has no business being as good as it is. The pure dignity the former Beast King has is palpable. The artist really out did themselves.
imo, this is an S-tier OP MC Isekai. It playfully but believably subverts genre cliches, it has a good pace to it, and the MC is written very well. He responds believably to the environment he's put into, he's not vindictive but neither is he a wet blanket. He just wants to live his life...
