@Akera93 Well you have to remember She's not an OP Other Worlder with The Cheat Skill of Plot Armor, she has very little magic when compared to other Battle Mages and only has a regular common knowledge of a normal citizen of Japan. Yes she studied the language and culture to a certian degree...

@ganteng No at the end of Hayate Combat Butler, Nagi relinquished her claim to the inheritance and estate. If anything I believe Maria the maid is the owner now, only because no one claimed ownership of the property.
