In some "rare" cases there's missing data in JSON object for current chapter. Lets take an example https://mangadex.org/chapter/151355 it's chapter 13 and you can clearly see it on status bar Volume 2 Chapter 13 so yeah ..."other_chapters":[...{"id":151355,"name":"Volume 2 Chapter 13"}... is...

It's easier to read all things in one place... But yeah if artist is not accepting that, then they shouldn't upload.
