I see a lot of people calling the MC "dense" or "stupid" for not realizing he's the Emissary. Some of you seem to have forgotten that, as a heavily abused employee of a black company, he doesn't see himself as anything special at all, and never has. It's the running theme of his character, just...
@xxxNothingxxx Something is really fucky about the whole situation, which is one of the biggest reasons I'm still interested in this despite the slow releases. The MC was explicitly tapped as a hitman to kill a hero who would save the world but go insane and destroy it after he won; allegedly...
@Ari2142 Bro, every time he fucks the house it gets pregnant with additions and extra rooms. That is literally how this works. Nevermind the castle, I'm surprised he doesn't have a whole city at this point.

I am not arguing about the definition of omnipotence, nor am I interested in doing so. Obviously the Soul King is not actually omnipotent, or at the very least his omnipotence is not transferable, because Yhwach lost: we cannot assume anything...
This is one of the few manga that's managed to do politics well for longer than eighteen chapters, so I'm always happy to see it get updated.
I think we've all just sort of accepted that HxH will never be finished.
This combat feels like a combination of Hunter X Hunter and Naruto before the timeskip when it was still good. Lots of series do a ramp up of stakes, but most don't execute it nearly this well.
I'm glad the series isn't dead. Most of us are also poor, but I'll spread the word around for you...
