@BlueCatMage I know Jin-woo’s shadow soldiers are smart enough to attach to the guild’s warriors going to the scene but I want to imagine that they’re literally just the warrior’s shadows that have their own personality and boy are they scared.

@SurviGynesis That seems to come hand in hand with the ghost lore in In/Spectre. Hopefully we get more exposition in the future. I really love his take on the kitsune and what we think is the Fox God.

I feel a bit down since I really liked the comedy in this one. Unlike other “crossdressing” manga, Hibari actually wants to be identified as a girl and this being from around the 80s would mean that the LGBTQ+ community would barely have any sort of recognition/acceptance especially in Japan...

I’ve given Mami the benefit of the doubt that she acts the way she is because of some trauma. Like how she felt more cold to Kazuya as she did even if Kazuya seemed to really try his best. Hopefully we get a reason to why she is as she is in this arc
