There is no way to tell it's spanish or Italian from the look of it. Prosciutto can be cut like that, it's called "prosciutto al coltello".

I like how earnest this manga feels. It's not masterpiece, but it's loveable in the way it feels like something we all could have done, just actually done. If this makes sense.
