Well, characters and story are OK. MC is kind of OK also, not as annoying and simp as some other Isekai protags. But, for some reason author started to give him some character growth (after he killed those people in a castle) and then just stopped. And it dragged for a long time.

I mean, it's following LN and stuff, but it's months after months of introducing characters we should know about because they are important for the story, but it's hard to keep up. This really should be a weekly manga, or at least bi-monthly. I'm sure it's popular enough to afford more people...

@SmokeWagon Sorry, i only read WN and had a blast with it. But, as with every WN, it's "rough on the edges", LN supped to be a better redacted version with more polished and a bit different story. Manga is good, but super slow. To put it into perspective, basically everything till now in manga...

This manga is a very good LN adaptations, but suffer the same way as many others - it's too slow. If LN end up being the same size as WN, it'll take manga decades to catch up. But it seems even very popular LN like Overlord or Slime never get weekly manga adaptation for some reason.

But... how it changed so much from his previous life? I mean we saw him as an old guy in chapter one? So, who dealt with with the issue last time?

Damn... even if author is a hardcore jingoist, he's at least trying to provide plausible explanation for the events. We need more stuff like this.
