@Tatherwood see, that's exactly my reason
I've seen more sudden bulk releases after a low quality snipe rather than the group suddenly dropping it
the fact that there's even a drama revolving around sniping kinda prove my point of the scanlation group mentality anyway
and it's not like it's...
uh, I don't think losing a jaw is enough to kill someone instantly
I guess this is the inverse of what happened in previous chapter, the game-like quality of the world makes it so that you may actually dies if you got hit with enough damage even in non-vital area.
@Tatherwood jokes on you, people in the internet likes to correct people, and thus there's more chance of a group flexing their superiority and picking up a series with a really bad scanlation than a series which last updated 6 month ago
the author kiiiinda could spin it into something like, i don't know, dream precognition or something
but nope, it's time travel. the world just literally coincidentally aligned to somehow forms a very complex magic of time travel
or maybe you can establish a previous case of overload of magic...
I can't believe I bonded so much with this random old man in the span of a single chapter, that I actuall feel the impact of his demise.
Maybe it's the casual atmosphere, or maybe it's the density of information you can gleam over that short scene, I don't know, but dang that's a good scene.
well, it seems like putting the clothes back on that box gonna be a pain
imagine all that wrinkles from trying to put the clothes into the area of effect of the shrinking magic, and then using some sort of tweezers to straight up the wrinkles and hanging the clothes neatly inside the box, all...
