@motheblackcat It's supposed to be monthly but Okayado's had some health issues and recently had to cancel his bi-monthly series (12 Beast) as making two series at the same time was clearly too much. Here's hoping he recovers enough to finish it someday.

The official anime translation of this part went with "miasma", rather than "disease"/"epidemic". Trying to remember if they ever defined what exactly that even means in this series.
