@blackyawgdom Thanks for letting me know. From OP’s description I thought he had translated the chapter himself and the group was inactive, but it appears I must have misunderstood. I apologize for the errant advice.

So to the extent of my knowledge, that lock just means that only members of the group can upload under that group’s name. You can probably upload the chapter under another group if you wanted. Keep in mind the fact that I am new here, so take my words with a grain of salt.
