If anyone feels like the story is severely lacking, thats because it is. Seriously read the light novel, everything makes so much more sense

This is arguably the best manga I've every read. If you are considering reading it 100% go for it. Everything is a 10/10 except for the last arc which wasnt bad, but was just lacking compared to the masterpiece that is the rest of the manga.
