How the fuck does this have an 8.6? Jesus Christ I hate this manga. I kept reading 'cause I was waiting for it to become worthy of the rating and because honestly there were some pretty interesting unexpected plot twists, but at the end of it all, I have to ask... what the Hell was the point...

They need to stop throwing bones to the poor poly shippers like me who will undoubtedly be disappointed when the end finally comes. I dare not dream that they might actually commit to the triad ending.

Okay, so this is the third shojou-ai manga I've seen that uses aquatic/oceanic symbolism. It can't be coincidence. Is this like... an established thing? Is there an obvious pun or metaphor or something I'm not picking up on?
