@Gooseknonopeace Same here, and by the gods... I just realized the anime is adapted by the same studio that did Berserk 2016 and 2017. That could be one of the main reasons.

I find it amusing that the author became a vtuber with a pretty convincing voice changer.

The anime quality... couldn't hold a candle to the manga =( Can't say anything about how it compares to the novel though.

It's rather sad that both sequels' art couldn't match the prequel. Well, I suppose Himura Kiseki IS special, bless that boob lover. I really hope they'd use his style if SAO Prog ever get an anime.
