I dunno how, but a lewd manga manages to integrate a MTF/Femboy so seamlessly. Maybe it's because they don't feel the need to be preachy/pushy about the matter. The problem of Miya, being a femboy, was done with in a matter of panels.

I love how cutesy and fucked this manga gets. One thins leads to another and when you think something is gonna happen a twist comes in the end. Also, since the lore is that death in the dungeon is normal, author is not afraid to show death, even to the main characters.
